At ChooseKind, each pair is thoughtfully crafted with care and attention to detail. While we truly hope you love your purchase, here’s how we handle exchanges:
Domestic Orders
- We do not accept returns.
- We offer size exchanges only for shoes💛
- Please inform us within 3 days of delivery via WhatsApp at +91 8700769911 or email at info@choosekind.in to request an exchange.
- We will issue a store credit for the exchanged item, which can be used to place a new order on our website.
- The exchange process typically takes 10–15 days once the product reaches us.
- Kindly share tracking details after shipping the product back.
- All exchange shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.
- No exchanges on discounted and customised orders.
- ChooseKind reserves the right to decline exchanges.
Shipping & Special Requests
- Any express/quick dispatch charges if requested by customer (including Porter within Delhi NCR) are to be borne by the customer.
- For intercity urgent deliveries, additional shipping costs will be paid by the customer.
Returns (Only in Exceptional Cases)
- You have received a wrong product.
Conditions-
- The item must be unused and in original packaging.
- Request must be raised within 2-3 days of delivery.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
International Orders
We currently do not offer exchanges on international orders.
Returns are only accepted if, you’ve received the wrong product.
