At ChooseKind, each pair is thoughtfully crafted with care and attention to detail. While we truly hope you love your purchase, here’s how we handle exchanges:

Domestic Orders

  • We do not accept returns.
  • We offer size exchanges only for shoes💛
  • Please inform us within 3 days of delivery via WhatsApp at +91 8700769911 or email at info@choosekind.in to request an exchange.
  • We will issue a store credit for the exchanged item, which can be used to place a new order on our website.
  • The exchange process typically takes 10–15 days once the product reaches us.
  • Kindly share tracking details after shipping the product back.
  • All exchange shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.
  • No exchanges on discounted and customised orders.
  • ChooseKind reserves the right to decline exchanges.

Shipping & Special Requests

  • Any express/quick dispatch charges if requested by customer (including Porter within Delhi NCR) are to be borne by the customer.
  • For intercity urgent deliveries, additional shipping costs will be paid by the customer.
Returns (Only in Exceptional Cases)

  • You have received a wrong product.

Conditions-

  • The item must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Request must be raised within 2-3 days of delivery.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

International Orders

We currently do not offer exchanges on international orders.

Returns are only accepted if, you’ve received the wrong product.
